Yes, we welcome customer pick ups.

Yes, you can contact us Monday through Friday from 8am to 6pm for product help and advice.

I don’t have a credit card, can I pay with a check?
Yes, we do accept certified check or money order payments.

Once I place my order, how long does it take to be shipped to me?
Most orders are shipped within 2 business days.

I live outside of Michigan. Do I have to pay Michigan sales tax?
No, only orders within the state of Michigan pay sales tax.
